Sujatha founded Trayee Business Solutions P Ltd, to provide support services for a leading MNC bank in India which was the first such instance of them partnering with a 3rd party service provider in the Asia/Pacific region.
She is also the CEO of MMC Infotech Services, which she co-founded in 1990. MMC is a pioneer in the BPO industry and provides a wide range of banking support services to the Indian operations of two of the world's leading banks.
Trayee and MMC are today two of the most experienced 3rd party service providers in the banking vertical in India.
She is also the co-founder of two Rural BPOs - India's first rural BPO, SAI SEVA Business Solutions and Ruralshores.
A passionate entrepreneur, she firmly attributes her success to the grace of God and believes in treating all her employees as her own extended family - a spirit that is warmly reciprocated by everyone she works with.
Prashanth
Chief Executive
Prashanth is the Chief Executive of Trayee Business Solutions, which he co-founded with Sujatha. He is passionate about continuous process improvement by actively integrating technology solutions. Prashanth has a BTech in Information Technology and an MBA in Marketing from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.
He is also the co-founder of SAI SEVA Business Solutions, India's first rural BPO.
Saravanan Annamalai
Chief Operating Officer
Saravanan, or "Junior" as he is popularly known, is the Chief Operating Officer of the MMC Group of companies. He started his career at MMC as a Customer Service executive in 1994 and has grown with the company.
An excellent manager, he commands the respect of the entire organization and drives the team forward with his innovative thoughts and continuous focus on improvement.
Saravanan's innate ability to critically analyze any situation and drill down to the roots and his vast experience spanning the entire breadth of our operations makes him one of our most valuable assets.
Badrinath
Head - Domestic Diversification
Badri has been with MMC/Trayee since 1996. He has a strong sales background and is a true people's person.
He is in charge of business acquisition from the domestic market and his efforts have guided the company into new verticals.
Gayathri Maheish
Head - Human Resources
Gayathri heads the Human Resources Recruitment and Development function at Trayee.
She brings with her over 15 years of banking experience. Her excellent interpersonal skills and experience in identifying the right talent makes her an invaluable asset to the organization.
