Sujatha founded Trayee Business Solutions P Ltd, to provide support services for a leading MNC bank in India which was the first such instance of them partnering with a 3rd party service provider in the Asia/Pacific region.
She is also the CEO of MMC Infotech Services, which she co-founded in 1990. MMC is a pioneer in the BPO industry and provides a wide range of banking support services to the Indian operations of two of the world's leading banks.
Trayee and MMC are today two of the most experienced 3rd party service providers in the banking vertical in India.
She is also the co-founder of two Rural BPOs - India's first rural BPO, SAI SEVA Business Solutions and Ruralshores.
A passionate entrepreneur, she firmly attributes her success to the grace of God and believes in treating all her employees as her own extended family - a spirit that is warmly reciprocated by everyone she works with.
